    Scooter down in Wgtn

Saw a young fella at lunch start up his scooter in Grey St on the way to lunch. The scooter cranked into life, surged forward, and got dumped. Must have got 100% front brake.
Luckily the guy was okay (no gloves, jandals etc.).
On the way back from lunch saw him returning with his scooter - pushing it along the footpath.

scooters are often driven by cagers (no offence to those that have class 6 licenses, I'm not including you in this) and we know how cagers are.

They see scooters as something fun, and don't usually think about binning. Ever seen a cager bin and slide along the road?? Its the car that takes the punishment, and cagers can't do translation.
