If you have it in later January it should be all good as the campsites will be relatively quiet. I don't reckon it's asking too much, although it's definitely a situation when the majority of those turning up would have to be your closest mates and not just mates that you would invite on the side!
Including beer?
Honestly that's nothing. Tell them if they don't want to afford it, don't come (or pay for some who really can't afford it) Besides, it's on January. Give them some time to save up a Green Queen Elizabeth II note.
No matter what or how many do come, it will be a great night![]()
If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
You havent heard the oath before? You're bro (mate) here she/he is, dont ditch them for a hoe (Indiana_Jones) here he is
Hard to explain.
Anyways all the best with the 21st, But I have respect for ya so I would ask if I could come but I might be tempted to bring people who arent on Kiwibiker......quite alot of people.
Haha well I'll be getting trashed, so in the end, just as long as those who matter the most to me are there, I dont really care.
Lol yes Ive heard it, but generally not used when talking to a chick. Well it will most likely be at a public (if you can call it that) campsite, so I cant exactly stop you from booking a site and coming if thats what you want to do. Party on!
Yeah, almost 4 months...
The cost of camping will probably be insignificant compared to the cost of fuel, food and alcohol. If your friends are at uni or tech then they're probably poor so you'd be better off spending your effort in organizing car pooling, finding out who has excess tents, etc.
You don't mention when in January you're having your party but if possible, aim to go as late as possible in the month. The reason is that most families will be holidaying from Dec 20 to around Jan 20. If you go later in Jan you'll be less likely to get complaints from the camping ground and irate parents.
Pitch the idea as a fun filled summer road-trip and adventure. Add the 21st as a clincher. If your friends make the bookings and pay up themselves then they are more likely to turn up! Being it's their own money they'd be throwing away
It's a really good idea dude, don't forget to take heaps of beach cricket sets, soccer balls, flash lights, frizbees, learn some good drinking games etc
