Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes
That should have been included in your jokes. It's the best one!!!!
Many have no ability to say "please" when they "demand" something....
As for JK - cheesy for sure. Down to earth? Hell yeah!!!
He visited our shores recently and thanked the Personal Protection Squad guys. Something Skyriders beloved NEVER did.
Remember Speedgate....?
Their media is rated driven and as a result very little is said or shown that does not have some influence on affairs.
They in most part are more politicly informed than we are but having said that their media can be of an enormouse influence on political issues with the result that americans can turn on their political masters faster than we are likely too.
Bush would be a classic example of this where the media hyped him up but Bushes performance as a President took a sharp dive almost from day one.
They also have a highly developed sense of freedom but unfortunatley this has not always been at the forefront of their foreign policy.
Nixon one of the best foreign policy Presidents was the most reviled on the home front. Most assume this was the result of Watergate which in some respects it was but later after his downfall Nixon's role in sabotauging the Veitnam peace talks for political gain was to some extent a fore runner too Watergate. Not the thread for all this I know so will stop.

He didn't make a dick of himself, he would have if he went on the show with an arrogant attitude, look at me I am NZ's PM and I can't be humble. I've got a stick up my ass and can't be light hearted.
He's a likable humble bloke with good qualities and does good for our conuntry.
