Today was my 1st KB ride and i thought it was great.

I was a bit nervous at first but after we got going it was fine.
I especially loved all the hill climbing parts.

Would love to do it again sometime

great to hear you guys enjoyed it. the day started out cloudy and gray, but as the avo came around it was blue skys and sun shine.

didn't realise you had a moment erik, sleep has something to do with it, but also if you are tired it could have a lot to do with it as well. when I did the coro loop myself on my 250 twin, I got quite buggered and basiclly picked a spot on the coast and had a nap. perhaps its a lot more work riding a 250 around coro (from all the hills and inclines). Also I could imagen the naked bikes don't help, specially with the wind buffing agains you on the way there and back on the open road speed stuff... (just makes u more tired)

next time just say so and we'll find a nice spot on the coast and lie down for a while.

I didn't keep track on how many k's between towns, but I did notice that the 750 uses the similar amount of gas as the 650 twin did around 5L/100km which is very nice. The only time it used more around 6.5L/100km was from coro town to Whitianga, I had a blast on that road and was the best part of my day. I even wrinkled the rubber on my rear BT014! that is a 1st for me. it was like they were being peeled off...

oh and everyone did end up coming back towards Kopu, without going onto Waihe. as time was running out and the day grows dark...

Grand total of 21 bikes! next time I might have to call out names to keep track of everyone...

No you bloody wont tooo many stops today.......... toooo many

But great ride and Zapf Dear Sir took great care of us all.

In the last bit of the ride, I felt like a set of ducklings following their mum........ with three little awkward 250's following a splendid 750

GREAT EFFORT DUDE'S AND DUDETTE'S, look forward to next time.

yip great fun had. I got to push the 600 a bit harder so was a blast.

Still can't believe we cought some of you guys after leving whitianga quite a bit later. Good roads Good weather. Good company. Makes for a great ride

Met up with draco, death and some other guy at the end of the miranda straights and so while the others (CK mono etc) went on SH2->SH1 i went with them through the hanua's. With death doing the massive stand up wheelies whenever he could and especially past cars
Lump lingered last in line for brains,
And the ones she got were sort of rotten and insane...
