As they say "the transition from living in Auckland to death is barely noticeable".

Are you referring to the proposed restriction on the hours of liquor being sold in central Auckland?

The terms ... Living , and, in Auckland ... are a contradiction in terms ...

It's not so much changing it for the CBD than the rest of the city. There will be three zones; CBD, designated entertainment precincts (ponsonby, newmarket, mt eden etc), and other.

The "others" will have 11pm closing time imposed.

Go the super-city! (a nelson-esque haha to places like titirangi, pukekohe, warkworth etc).
