Im moving out to Rangiora on the 6th and I need someone to take over the rent of my room in St Albans.
Rent is 130 a week which includes power and internet (full speed up and down).
The place has a double garage with plenty of space for bikes (at one stage there were 4 bikes in the garage plus lots of crap). Has off street parking, a heat pump, and the place gets nice and warm as the living area gets heaps of sun all afternoon.
Its very close to town (easy stumble home from the strip, or a $5 cab ride) and has every fast food outlet within about 5 minutes drive.
The room is big enough to comfortably hold a queen size bed with room still to move around easily. It has its own bathroom with plenty of water pressure in the shower.
There are 2 other people living in the flat, a student and a full time worker that does part time study. The place is pretty quiet but there is the odd party on a Saturday night.
Pets are ok as we already have a cat. No problems with dogs but the back yard is pretty small.
As you will be taking over my part of the rent (the landlord says I have to sublet it because Im on a fixed term lease), you wont need to worry about a bond. Just got to pay your rent 1 week in advance.
