Hang on... Let me get this straight. You don't like Adaware anymore because they 'sold out', and you're using Microsoft's anti-spyware??... mwahahaha

Instead of a company which specializes in removing spyware, you're going for a company who's allowed spyware to proliferate over a decade.

Disclaimer: I don't use ANY anti-spyware, have no need.

To those that are having troubles with pop-ups, redirectors etc. what browsers are you using?? Mozilla is very good at intelligently blocking urequested pop-ups, although some sites aren't displayed properly in it.

IE went from sublime to ridiculous. First it would let anything in, then blocked EVERYTHING (including items you clicked on )

Unless you know what you are doing, anti-spyware stuff is good. A combination (whatever floats your boat) is best as nothing picks up everything...

Spyware pro is quite good, you can make it continuously monitor and also there are extra programs like Ad-watch that watch whats going to and fro
