I know what shitty tyres Shinkos are...which is why I wonder why anyone has them on their bike...getting a cheap 2nd hand good one to replace it would be the FIRST thing I'd do!

Thats a hard decision to make on a little cheapie 250 though - rip off a "perfectly good" tyre.
