Would a 900 Hornet ignition work? Why do you need a new ignition? Attempted theft? And does your Hornet have HISS?

It won't work, check out my thread in electrical stuff.
Has been in Holeshot for about 4 weeks now and they want their loan bike back wich may mean I will have to buy a new one for over $900

You are more likely to find Hornet 900 ignitions for sale then 600 as they are rare in this part of the world. Read your other thread sounds like a cabling issue doubt the headlight modification could have killed the ignition. Have you ask GI Joe for advise? He knows his Hornet in and out.....

$900 for a new ignition from Honda? pricey my mate paid $300 for a new ignition for his Suzuki Bandit.
