From my mech when I got my old GSXR warranted...

"The windscreen is scratched and stained I can't give you a W.O.F"

"Um, OK, how about I paint it black then ?"

    "That'll do, here's your W.O.F"

His take was that if you could see through it it must be pristine, if you can't see through it you're not going to try so it will also get a W.O.F.

Odd, but fair enough... I was too tall to get my head low enough to see through the screen anyway (and the gut didn't help either)

    Black FTW!

    Sedge.

next the question will be is it ok to ride a bike with out a wind screen! XD
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

If it had a big crack in it they would probably fail it.

Should be OK though - just go to a bike shop for your WOF.

Hitcher is kind of correct too ....... I can purchase a Honda factory fly screen for my Hornet - in a spiffy shade of pale-anal-dripping-brown.....

Nothing a can of spray paint wont fix.

Its not a windshield that you look through, so should not affect a warrant

This is a production Bike that sold world wide With a 'painted screen', personally I think it looks a bit weird but if it's good enough for them to pass WoFs, your's shouldn't be an issue.

Pic 2 is just a gratuitous bum shot by a Duke/Duc and has nothing to do with anything.
