VMX 17th April Hellensville

The VMX guys are having their 15th Anniversary at Hellensville racecourse on the 17th.Most of those who were in at the beginning have been contacted and will be there....I'll be there,on a bike,but not on the track of course! I'm not sure what they have planned at the racecourse,but they aren't going around the track,bugger!,I'd be into that for sure.

VMX = Vintage MX.

Used to be called Classic MX,but seems it's a world wide thing to call it VMX these days.For uncompetitive MX bikes,the cut off point keeps getting raised all the time,new regs to cover them...so everything from classic British thumpers to KX500s,home built specials and prestine restorations.Overweight worn out racers and young guns expanding their experiance.I've always wanted to give it a go (should of kept the old TS/TM 400 eh?) but these days I'd be a stretcher case after the first turn.
