    Kit tested

Just got the disc with the pitchas from the '10 Harley Launch in Aus. Weather forecast for Geelong was 4 seasons one day so I took the wet suit.

I reckon my new helmet is da shizzz. Arai Chaser Phil Read Replica. Luv its guts. Retail 12-13 hundy but just beawdiful.

The Rev-it jacket did the business through a few heavy showers.
Warm and comfortable throughout the ride. Motomail has a range of them. Appear pretty good value for money.

Fan of the Harley FXR Boots too - stayed nice and dry and good comfort. AMPS $230ish retail not bad value either.

I had a $25 motomail pair of lightweight plastics for over the Rev-it leather jeans. They (jeans) have been really good too, over 4 years and a decent crash and the linings are still intact. My black leather suit that I use in KR a lot is 4 years old now. Still in good order apart from a few battle scars.

Tore the daylights out of the overpants on a XR1200X hero peg as we were getting ready for the last leg of the ride, No option but the gaffer tape look.

    We calls it Star quality.

Report is coming together well. The new bikes are reeeeel noice.

    Lou Martin pics.

Peach of an engine though innit. Even the Fattie pulls much better than the last few releases.

No stock pipe wheeze with any of them.

A Haga rep would be far more suited to the new AMA XR1200 spec racing series being consideredor bought.

    Rather tasty lid!

Have to agree with the Rev-it jacket, BD!
Picked up one from Motomail and it has been used whenever mother nature feels we need a wash.
