    50-500 dollars - easy

    http://communications.raboplus.co.nz....mc_id=NZ01606

It's a random draw: go to link follow instructions and see how much it comes up with. Sign up to get it (read terms).

Worth a try, you don't have to sign up, but if you get 500 it's worth it.

    same $75

concern is they will automatically direct debit $1 from your normal bank account, not a big deal - but I want to look deeper to make sure they don't continue to direct debit on a regular basis (ie automatic savings plan)

also want to know what it takes to close the account after they've given me their money.

.... back in green and feeling great ....

It's legit, I signed up a month back and recieved my $75.

It's worked out well for both Rabo Bank and myself, as I am now using it as a savings account with the $75 starting and I have funds transfer in.

Oh, and you are safe with RaboBank, my mrs who is a Banking Consultant and moving into Buisiness banking (she's good at her job) told me Rabo Plus is the No.1 bank in N.Z (She said that or the world as voted by an independant) And yes they get told these figures on which bank is performing the best in certain areas so they know how they themselves are performing.

Oh, and no, you won't continually get $1 constantly going over onless you want it to!

You can set an automatic savings plan yourself if you want to once your account is configured.
(I know because I have an account)

You can go through the normal close account procedure if you want. But you can also leave it there as RaboPlus don't charge any bank fees at all. No minimum balance and no fees are two of their creed.
But their interest rates are often on par or higher than those Aussie banks anyway so I leave my money there most of the time, and only transfer some back to my normal bank account when I need to use them (e.g., once a month).

I've been using RaboPlus for ages now. So unfortunately I can't claim the free money. But I highly recommend them if you want a savings account.

There are no fees. The interest is higher than most, if not all other banks. You can only withdraw and deposit money to and from a dedicated account at another bank, so you don't actually use it for everyday banking.
