Paint/restore my engine! (and fork lowers!)

Who should i get to restore and paint my engine?

I have a 92 cbr250RR (mc22) engine I need to get looking real sexy in gloss black.

The side covers have some scratching on them that would need to be filled.

its covered in grease and road shit.

Looking for a quality job, would love to send to crazefox if he was interested, but couriering and engine to wellington would be mega expensive - and i'd rather spend that money on the paint job.

I also have a set of forks I would like the lowers painted - hopefully without removing the chromed bit and seals - possible just to tape over them?

Reflections on the north shore have done some work for me before, I wasn't impressed.

Mate its really hard too get paint to stick too a motor best bet is too get the heat proof paint in the cans and give it a go. i can paint the forks though
