    Fuel light?

    Hi all im after some help as to why my low fuel light would come on when theres gas in the tank & when it gets low the bloody thing goes it?? Can not see any loose or dodgy wires under the tank so its got me whacked

    Think he means "goes out". Sounds like a three pin plug has been (forced?) on backwards. Has the tank been off recently? Try reversing the plug.

    cool thanks for that, was googling foreign languages but no luck, lol
    No tank hasnt been off at all, only been lifted on its hinge to check battey etc.

    maybe you have shorted a wire when you lifted the tank

    plastic fabricator/welder here if you need a hand ! will work for beer/bourbon/booze

    Thats my 1st thought & couldnt see anything dodgy or split, better have a closer look again. Just seemed to happen a while back riding to Whakatane & was intermittent but now on full time
