Frank Black, founder of motorcycle only resort, dies aged 81

Frank Black, founder of the ‘Two Wheels Only’, motorcycle only campground, has died aged 81.

Black opened the bike-only resort in Georgia, USA in 1982, as a response to many campgrounds at the time posting “No motorcycles allowed” signs.

I'd not heard of him, but it sounds like he did a lot to further the cause.

81 is a pretty good innings.
