I'll be out there Sunday... one of the reasons I bought the RD, more fun and more track time.

Wellll, i'll be there. i don't mind the tri oval, especially when i had the cb125 because it is all corners. but is it not possible for them to throw another couple of laps in our direction or has that already been discussed???

I thought that was a MotFXR class so we could get rid of the buckets?

I like the Tri Oval for a change and can't really see what the problem is with racing it although it suits the higher HP bikes

You aren't thrashing the SR hard enough then

Should have said if you lazy fuckers got out of bed an hour earlier there'd be plenty of time

What about running that half circuit we did last time? That was alright wasnt it?
Otherwise a 6 lap tri oval race would be ok I guess.
Hmmm wish I could do 4 laps in 8 minutes Bren!
And Buddha, I was counting on you having the telly in the back of your ute again!

Well... what can I say, having delt with the BEARs club as a pressie I can tell you nothing will change, no one has even mentioned craming 30 buckets into turn one yet.
Ther are other choises of clubs to race buckets with now, however this issue and the motofxr thing has pulled bucket racing apart from what it used to be, BUT... this aint all a bad thing if at all as I already said it has opend lots of choices for racing, and boosted numbers.

As far as tomorow goes I will be there but only cos I need to test some bikes out before Greymouth, other wise Id proberly miss the meet aswell... but remember when the tru ovel was 1st run buckets were not of the pace they are now, and its always hard to brake a tradition specially when its the BEARs.

No worse than cramming 30 Buckets into turn 1 at Levels, everyone was trying to fix a problem that didn't exist

If this issue is the lack of the host club listening to the bucket guys complaining about a saftey issue , then yes that would possibly cause some riders to not race.

However the MotoFXR thing has not pulled bucket racing apart , it has simply added more options for bucket racers and FXR guys as well, if you are so shitty livered that you cant make yourself race at the FXR rounds thats your problem, the other 20 or 25 FXR riders dont have that problem. Cant you realise that your constant nit picking and slanted comments are having zero effect on the MotoFXR racing series. If you want to support bucket racing then Great, if you dont then you should just give up.

OHHH for fuck sakes mike... I tried my best in that post to be as resonble as possible and even said the motofxr ISENT A BAD THING... why do you think I have such a issue? it has alowed and brought a lot of fun to new riders thats GOOD.

Now I get the felling you think I have boy cotted the motofxr meets.. I HAVENT... I did the 1st we couldent aford and you try and sort a 8mth old out for a early trip like that hell we are up at 3am.

I did not do the 1st MCC at Puna due to the weather (ya ever seen me rock up to any meet in the rain?) and money... speaking of which as much as we like to race and would love to do all MCC/BEARs/CAMs meets we cant... actually FWIW we are retiring after Greymouth from racing due to personal reasons, there are more importent things we need to do and dont have long to do them in.

It probably helps that turn 1 at Levels is maybe a little slower? Hmmm, 4th gear on the FXR, 5th on Tri Oval is it, or 4th? OK, maybe its not any slower then ...
