    The start of the mods!

Next Monday, the Burgman goes into the shop to get my GPS fitted, the new Oxford heated towel rails attached, and a new Givi screen to replace the stock item. I'm looking forward to having that all done, as I have to go to Auckland later in the week, and the way the weather has been lately, it will be good to have these bits added.

I'm not sure what will happen to the Burg next, but once it's well run in, I'll probably Dr the airbox as suggested by Dave Lobster.

I'll post pics of the work done when I can.

Bloody wonderful scoot/bike the Burg !!!

    In the shop?

Easier to do it all yourself..
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.

Yeah well it might be ....

But .... not my thing mate. I'm not that good with mechanical/electrical stuff, and we have a really good Mechanic/Foreman at Planet Honda up here, that does an excellent job. And I'm bloody fussy !!

I have arranged for them to do it, and I'm happy to pay for a top quality job, which these guys who know their stuff, can provide !!

I can easily recommend Planet Honda as top quality in service, sales, and repairs. I have taken all my bikes to them, even though I have only bought one of my bikes from them in the past.

    Cheers.

280 miles so far, but I have to go to Auckland and back twice next week, so will have my 600 miles/1000KM's up by Thursday night I reckon.

I'm looking forward to having the first 1000 miles behind me, so it is more able to handle a bit of Welly !!! i.e. I'm looking forward to winding it out ... just a bit !!!

I've had a Garmin Zumo 550 for a couple of years now. It's totally waterproof, and easy to use with gloves on. It is great either on my bike, or in my wife's car.
    I can recommend them
