is it all the indicators? check the wattage on the bulbs, and then check what's in your bike's manual. - I had one blinking insanely - the munter before me had put a 5wat bulb in instead of a 15watt one. 3.95$ bulb and away laughing. in your case it may be $15.80 but that sounds a whole lot cheaper than changing the relay or whatever
