    Have you checked re mantraps?
I know the skinheads who used to live up the St. Martins hill got busted a few years back after a rozzer jumped the high fence and landed on one.

As at last year the bylaw was still that gin traps are not outlawed in the greater city, but yes there are provisions to be charged if someone is caught by them, but by time the po get there think the gin traps be the least of their worries

Our community newsletter recently discussed this problem. I used to think you had a 'right to light but not to view' but the article said that where the view was fundamental to the value of the property you could have grounds for protecting it.

We too have a view that is just about the only thing that makes our house worth anything so I was encouraged to read that.

    Good luck.

It might actually be worth unplugging some of the leads next time you leave your car parked out on the streets.
