is that cbr150 one of those ozzy spec ones??......they're hell fast
chuck norris's calender goes from march 31st to april 2nd
No one fools chuck norris.......
not that fast.....watch this I'm following a Aussie spec one in this race http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7kHqcrXwd20
Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.
y is there ozzy spec ones down in christchurch? whats the point.....they're $9000 nzd.......thats alot.....if you put a 150 dohc kit on my bike {$500nzd} it would be just as fast. Id say the a cbr150r has abit of a power advantage on a fxr, so good on you for keeping up with him!
as far as i know there's only one cbr150 in the north island bucket scene, its doing the trss, it will be great to see how it does up against fxr's.

Now ya not talking about the bikes alone here, a) the two strokers you mention are heavely modified from CR parts to water cooling, b) the cbr's are riden by young fellas 1st time on a street track for 1 of them were as the strokers are riden by experanced guys.... the cbr's are bloody fast and well set up from the factory.
That one is using an imported road bike engine, Nick is defnitly not as fast on it with that engine.

The engine is the same spec, only difference is the HRC pipe and carb cdi etc.....all of which I'm sure is still on the bike! From the vid you can tell its faster in a straight line only to be tentative in the corners! The Hoogie CBR is a different story all togeather, cams rebuilt internals and other stuff we will probally never hear of. The Aussie spec bikes are a standard bike apart from the bolt on goodies.
He was slow due to not knowing the track and got much faster during the day, finishing 3rd overall.
Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.
......but back on track, once K14 remembered the bike needed fuel and a battery with more than 2 volts to perform he was FAST...... its going to be fun to see how it goes with further development.
Its harder to lose weight than gain horsepower.
Worse thing I saw all day was when a fella on a R6 in Formula Greymouth out braked himself into the corner, cooked it ,then turned hard back onto the race line, clipped the rear wheel of the fella passing him who then proceeded to tankslap, got spat off & looked like he went head first into the gutter with the bike landing on top of him.....looked real nasty
Hope he was O.K....
The Heart is the drum keeping time for everyone....
