I'll have to remember to bring the sausage then? I like win/win. Don't they call that a 69?

Did anybody else see this article the other day?

Two Year Old With Same IQ as Einstein.

As evidence of his intelligence, the two year old was quoted as saying "Mummy, sausages are like a party in my mouth."

I'm inclined to agree with him!!

Now a good sausage is worth its weight in gold, but they are pretty hard to find these days. My personal favourites include venison, lamb with fresh mint, and a an amazing pork loin handmade italian number I just found in Texas.
Other than that they are pretty ordinary, but good enough when you are hungry.

NZ meat is disgusting, the smell of it makes me want to throw up. Once you've been hunting in Africa and killed a buck yourself and eaten it you'll never want to eat the dog food they call 'meat' that comes from this country.

May I respectfully invite you to make like a deciduius tree then!
If you've never taken a knife and gone bush after a pig you haven't lived and the meat is fantastic.
Mom, I'm impressed 2 days and six pages of simple sausage.LOL.

Maha, our local butcher used to give us kids a snarler too. loved em, butt we also got the most prized lolly of all from the butcher, the "red hearts"
Every day above ground is a good day!:

This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine. My signature is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my signature is useless. Without my signature, I am useless.

The butcher over my way won gold at some sausage makers event last year for his Morrocan Lamb and Spice sausages.

Very very nice, spicy, packed full of quality lamb and made you fart like a gorrilla after 120kg of fresh green leaves.

Nice looking stools the next morning, good consistent shape, not too pungent and no sign of blood or sweetcorn

They get my vote any day

I had the hottest sausage I have ever eaten over the weekend. Now, you may have worked out I am not fan of them, but I was curious about these ones. Far canal! Hot choritzo! Very tasty at first, and then a massive wallop of hot chilli!

Not bad, though damn certain I would not be eating a whole one.
