    Cool Introduce myself.. (Hopeful Biker)

Well I have posted on a load of threads, But i havent even fully introduced myself.. Excuse my rudeness..

Well my name is Adrian. And i live in Levin. I am 19 years old and aiming at hopefully joining the boys in blue..

I was working at McDonalds for about 2nd a half years untill i got sick of their shit.. And shit food.

I used to ride my mates 50cc farm bike when i was about 12.. I jumped on someones OLD bike a while back and he told me that i pretty much still know how to ride.. Leaning into corners to turn bike etc..

So.. I think that is enough.. Ask for more if ya need it

    Adrian.

Lose carbs. Starchy foods in particular. Cut out potatoes, rice, pasta, bread.

Choose vegetables wisely, fibre = good, carb = bad, peas, carrots and corn are high carb.

Look on the packets of processed food, how much carb is there, get the ones with less.

It's not forever, once you're at your target weight, you can increase the carb slightly to maintain.

    Treat yourself occasionally. OCCASIONALLY.

Figure out how many grams of carb you are consuming on a daily basis. Go for 50 to 100g daily in my opinion. More than that is quite excessive, less than could be considered unhealthy by some.

Eat less and move more. Hard to argue with that.
