    Thanks guys, really nice of you all - it's going to be a great day, waited on hand and foot (sorry, Tui moment)

    Haven't got the Triple yet Jim, but it's very close. Did an extended test on Tuesday and I think it has the capability of turning any rider into a hooligan!

    Of more immediate importance, I sold the Blackbird yesterday. Got to sort out the handover but it's a done deal. It's quite an emotional wrench actually to part with something which has been my life for the last 8 years. However, I'm delighted that it's going to someone who is a real enthusiast for Blackbirds and will give it the love and attention it deserves - couldn't be more pleased actually; almost a bit of Karma in there.

    Cheers Patrick! Don't think a name change will be needed.... The Triumph will be black and all my bikes are female (the 'bird was called Grace Jones. Politically incorrect I know but she is a black bird after all ). Will have to think of a name for this one.

    You're spot on about the presents, although Jennie did say that I could take the Triple as being her present, haha!
