It's not like they intend to kill it.. It's just they are not remotely equipped to deal with a screaming baby. They don't and can't think like you or I.. To them, a screaming baby has to be "stopped" so they do what it takes. Others know that its normal and it doesnt mean anything about them personally.

It's sad I know, but it's not you or I, so we have to let it go.

Save your anger for things that you can change.

No one disagrees with you here, its just that you need to see the real problem, and that is people are unable to cope using the tools that they have, and that they don't know any different. For many of these folks there is no way forward, but for some with some glimmer of awareness, they can pull themselves out of it.

Hopefully one day some govt department can figure out how to filter for these people before it gets to this.

For now, all we can do is make sure its not us.
