    Sketchy_Racer's Winter Finale!

    Hey people,

Weren't we lucky with the weather? I can only think that there must have been quite a few people doing sun dances, as it was supposed to be very very wet and we got dry! It was an awesome final meeting for the season and I wish to congratulate the Vic Club for their spectacular effort this year at running arguably the best race series in the country!
Also well done to all the riders and supporters that turned up at the track, it was great to see full fields and a good show of heads in the grandstands!

My race report, end of season report and photos are now up on www.skachillracing.co.nz for those who wish to take a look

I hope to see everyone back next year!

    Cheers,

    -Glen

I remember last year after you rode Eddies GSXR1000 I heard you say something along the lines of "these four-strokes aren't as bad as I thought they'd be"... looks like you've well and truly got the hang of it now!

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Nice dude, great to hear you got the K9 to ride

Just been helping out at Hampton Downs over the last few days, and got in a couple of sessions on a Honda and a Kawasaki 600. You'll like it a lot. The surface is close to perfect, nicer than Phillip Island. It has some difficult to navigate corners too, a couple of blind corners, and a couple that drop in elevation, and even a bit of a jump coming onto the front straight that takes some getting used to.
