Back when I worked in roles dealing with customers I used to purposely go out of my way to be nice to the rude/grumpy ones. I also used to make sure that I asked them lots of questions about how there days were going, the weather etc as well... Its always fun to play on other peoples rudeness!

I have a habit of ignoring people, But ....Im a bastard. It sucks when it drags on like that though and you have to keep on ignoring the person you pretended doesn't exist.

Working on being friendlier, But generally I scowl at people so they keep their distance.

one job i work has a lot more males on the staff than females.
im only a low ranking cleaner and get treated as such. the males are mostly tutors, teaching ag and farming etc.

and the clothing etc that was also in the back.
im on "strike" from cleaning his van beyond removing rubbish. climbed in it yesterday to get some drink bottles and just about threw up from the smell. even the other ag tutor said it was foul. wasnt dung or anything... dunno what it was, but it was disgusting.
