Well, for my mind the following has been true.
Woodcraft: Nice looking but not weakened at the peg end meaning they tend to bend/break/stress in the wrong areas during an off. Also, the brake and gearshift lever are not bearing mounted so feel a little sloppy. They're also extremely fiddly with lots of bits.
Lightech: Less said the better.
PP: Best feeling, most crash resistant pegs available (Yoshimura look similar). Bearing mounted levers which are nice tight fit but really smooth in opperation. Also friggen well priced I believe.

Rod Tingate Racing clip-ons and rearsets were all the go in Aussie if you didn't want to fork out the big $$ for factory stuff. Don't know how the prices will work out to Unzud, but word is he's a bloody good engineer. Kim Newcombe thought so...
