Just my choice or Opinion u can go get a qoute .no hassle .
I think they like pick up to central to area or city. i had one from timuru
2 from auckland one from new plymoth way. forget the others.
250.00 300.00 . haevent had one shiped in more than a year.
did a engine month ago. u can either pick up from depo or have to trucked to your door.
I wouldn't use Mainfreight. I used them a while ago to ship some vinyl seat upholstery from LA. They ended up charging me $400 (tax, GST, some MAF charge) for freight for something that I could have airfreighted under $120... The freight was double the cost of the seat cover. Their charges blew the costs out so much. I was so fucked off paying for it. And then they tried chasing me for the money, and I kept sending them copies of their receipt. Motherfuckers. Total motherfuckers.

I was so fucked off, that I cancelled the freight on all the Satellite rigs I was importing into NZ, and I used an alternate company instead.

The service experience was just like prison sex.
It’s diametrically opposed to the sanitised existence of the Lemmings around me in the Dilbert Cartoon hell I live in; it’s life at full volume, perfect colour with high resolution and 10,000 watts of amplification.

I too have had a terrible experience with Mainfreight, albeit not a motorcycle being shipped but terrible none the less. NEVER AGAIN.

Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience using wisemove.co.nz/motorcycle-transportation? Or maybe someone knows a better similar website?

Biketranz? Mainfright? I have had no luck with any of them... mainfright Auckland-gore $600 bike arrived looking like it had a mud bath.. biketranz, bike arrived looking like it left, except 5 days late with no contact or explanation. That was Auckland-Nelson around the same price.

I should note that the mainfright bike was packed very well on a proper steel pallet with a steel frame around it.
