I think the Ducati issue has been pretty well covered. WSBK is about production based bikes, with Ducati building an 1100/1200cc sportsbike you can't really expect them to turn around and and race a 1000cc bike that they no longer build?

It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

Suzuki on the other hand don't seem to be able to make a good race bike these days, despite making awesome road bikes, I reckon they need Ray Clee on the job.

I'm not a big Toseland fan, especially after the Edward's crew chief debacle. He's no mug but I reckon the stars aligned for him to win his world titles in lull years on two powerhouse teams after the cream of the WSB crop buggered off to MotoGP.

Spies? To do what he's done against Mladin, and in WSB as a rookie, can't be underestimated. To top it off he seems like a nice kid (his mum on the other hand....) so I really hope he does well in MotoGP.

Hmm, not sure about the Toseland comment. I think he road very very well against Laconi that year on the Duke and well earnt his title.
Hodgsons title on the other hand might be considered a bit more of a gift (but no title is easy & it takes a lot more than just being able to ride a bike fast to win a title over a full season (just ask Haga).

    Nice picture!

I've been following the Finnish superbike championship where Vesa Kallio (Mika's brother) has been very successful on the RC8. He won all the races he entered.

Don't they have the RC8 cup in GB as well?

KTM must have learnt a lot over the past year and I'd be great to see more of them in the future.

Btw, I saw the Aprilia RSV4 today at Motorad! What a beauty! It's quite small actually. Wouldn't mind taking it for a spin!

    Bloody Pathetic Commentators:

They think they're clairvoyant. They can even tell us what the riders are thinking, FFS.
