Paper.... Yeah I think I've heard about it, once or twice. It grows on trees right? ;-)
It makes it a little more difficult to send digital, when in paper :-D
I've rebuild the brakes, front forks (had to have the gliders specially made, as they're unavailable), flushed the engine and cooling system, installed LED-flashers (including electronic relay and diodes to separate left and right to flashing together), new tires and new seat upholstery. Next is airfilter, spark plugs and led's in the instrument cluster - then it's ready for the road again.
The complete manuel would be a threat (especially if one should have the impulse one), but an overview of fluids and torque settings would be a very good start :-)

Try this link, it's the GSXR400 but engine, carbs and even the wiring diagram are the same. I've been using it to help get an Impulse going that I picked up.

My experience with these bikes... start at the carb rubbers to the air box and work away from there. Horrid system that fails on every bike I've dealt with. 400rr carbs and pod filters for the win.
I've got a genuine Suzuki GSXR400 Workshop manual here.
Thanks for the link to the GSX-R 400 manual. It'll help some, even though the forks aren't exactly the same.
I'm gonna toy around with the oil height anyway, to get it more progressiv to compensate for the rather weak spring :-)
Luckily my rubber is in very good condition. The climate up-here in Denmark is mild most of the year, so the rubber don't dry up that easily.
Otherwise a good trick to make old rubber as new is to use winter green oil and xylene.
Before I start riding it, I'm gonna clean, synchronize and adjust the carbs on the roll. It's the best way to be sure it's done correctly.
Just received the new iriduim plugs and airfilter, so hope I'll have time to do some work on it in the weekend.
Until it's up'n running I'll just have to settle with my GSX 14'er :-P
