Bump, still didn't find one of these tools. Anyone got any suggestions? I tried to bash it around with the pin punch, but it didn't budge. Big rattle gun time?

Steve. The tool you need looks a lot like the tool used to undoo the locknut on an angle grinder---only bigger.

Trying to describe it --take a 28mm spanner and weld 2 6mm bolts on the two"forks" of the spanner hopefully paints a picture of what it looks like

Honda clutch hub nut removing tool might fit. (same design, and very close in measurement)
    Visit ya local Honda w/shop.
(I got one in my toolbox, but I don't loan any tools. Once bitten twice shy).

Ok thanks fellas. Looks like I'll hack something up from scratch, as I'll be using it occasionally it seems. Greatly appreciate your help also Sarge - if you don't have it, then probably there aint one.

    Cheers,
    Steve

Pfft, I should done the socket thing to begin with instead of wasting all that time.. Was a piece of piss. Ten minutes on the grinder and I have a custom tool, and 60 seconds later the nut is off.

    Weird innit..

I'm amazed that, a.) it fit so well on the first try, and b.) that it came off with so little effort after the punch wouldn't budge it, and c.) I didn't break the tool..
