How the feck do you contact trademe?

    as title says.

I cant send them a freakin email. I go to 'contact us' and all i get is a load of links to FAQs. Lazy fucking bastards.

Otherwise I have to call them and that costs $$$$.

All I want to do is change the category that I have a classified listed in..

Anyone know an email address that I can mail?

If you want to change the category...open your auction, click on edit and theres a change category tag where it shows the existing listing

I think I got it off the forums ages ago. I believe trademe gives it out to the big sellers.

I got fed up with having to browse through all the offroad bike gear when looking for road gear. So, i sent them an email suggesting that they devide their bike gear into 2 categories Off road and on road. I got a very polite email back thanking me for my suggestion and taking the time to email them ! I thought that was bloody nice of them.
I emailed the address Cloggy said. support@trademe.co.nz

Got automated response from that email address saying my request could not be processed.

So I'm gonna try their 0800 number. Pretty darn shoddy when you can't contact the beggars when you need to.
I lahk to moove eet moove eet...

Hah! A nice young woman answered the 0800 number (just by saying "......... speaking") I asked if this was the trade me number and she replied "this is Trade me's fraud line". Anyways, I told her my problem (to do with Address Verification and how it seemed impossible to contact anyone in T'Me) she directed me back to the "contact us" link at the bottom of each TM page.

Went through the same rigmarole I did last time to try and sort the problem, will not hold my breath to see if I get a response this time......
