Would you grass a cager?

Wot with these new cellphone in car laws coming into play as of....fucking NOW..., would you grass a cager if your saw them using a phone?

And how would you do it?

Just interested to know, where I come from, any change to the road laws turned all self respecting bikers into fucking Batman..!!

Don't worry its the same here.
Shame really - because if they all concentrated on riding more, they would probably find out that when anything goes wrong its their own fault.....

Saw a guy on the phone in the City stopped next to a cop car who was dealing with the marathon...cop having a laugh with the car driver...walked away leaving the car driver still on the phone....bet they would not be so lenient if you got caught doing 100kph in a newly designated 80kph zone....
