I'm looking for a halogen headlight shell 6 1/2 inchs or 165mm diameter preferably with no mounting tags. Glass condition immaterial as I will be replacing the glass.

i think i may have something suitable off my kh125 spares bike,
the glass is good as far as i remember, ill measure it in a min and get back to you with the diameter

yep its 165mm
the rim has been primered ??? like that when i got the bike, and looks like it may have had a scrape or possibly rust on the underside of the rim, the bowl seems to be in ok condition
