Anyone know what the problem is with accessing KB using xtra as the server?
Yeah problems here too. IE and Firefox. Can only get through via proxy.
Same thing happened a while back, maybe a year?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
Vodafone broadband connection down this am as well. Back up now...

I had KB drop out for me around 4:30pm. It seems a little flakey today.
What problem??![]()
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem
Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity
Still cant access from work, tracert falls over on 13th hop so aint blocked at the proxy
Sweet as from home on both the xtra connection and the telstra one

i have just come over to oz and i have a vodafone broadband stick on my laptop.. it doesnt work here. didnt think it would.

the shellias in the shops are hopless. can hardly understand them
And that is the honest truth your honour..
Best to add other DNS servers to your connection.

Yes.... in theory you can, however, at last check, I believe Australia and NZ use different firmware versions in their respective sticks (and this caused endless problems and arguments). Clients that have them and are regularly travelling in NZ and Oz are carrying one stick and sim for each country.
In theory, you should be able to have one Vodem, and a sim for each country, otherwise, the data roaming charges will rob you blind.
