Darryn, I think you need to stop using diesel in your bandit. I thought you were going to follow me over Haywards??!! hehehehe........
Diesel Its cheaper than that unleaded stuff you put in yours and if you warm it up its a great cologne
Mate I tried but tonight you were a man possessed and since I have no yearly membership for "get off a ticket" or a "beep beep theres a man ahead with a ticket book who could ruin your night" device I thought better for it
Was a nice ride around the bays but boy its getting dark a little quicker than it use to
Should I remind you that it was me waiting at that intersection (while you and Mark did your own sightseeing tour again) ensuring your presence at the drink stop
What are you doing on the net anyway I thought you still had to negotiate your riding time with your wife
My turn to giggle - hehehe

    I thought you wore perfume??!!

I just realised half the rides are seasonal and will be finishing soon anyway. Yes it did get dark earlier. Major bug scrubbing tonight. Just sitting here applying for a job and watching KB spy tick over.

I can see how these rides will become less and less and more weekend focused as summer slips away.

Thanks all once again for a great ride. I Didn't enjoy the first hour or so, as was getting used to the heavy old Nine, and Grays Road was taken very cautiously, but loved going round the bays, and the blast back, but heard this strange noise in my helmet, Like kind of whistling. Never noticed it before, wasn't going any faster than usual. Any ideas Darryn?

Did notice on the way back that painted on speedo digits don't illuminate from behind, and the bulb in the 0-60mph zone is blown. All good fun.
All of this, all of this can be yours, Just give me what I want and no one gets hurt

Yeah it was a good ride over and back. Yet another detour getting lost in the dark, but hey, its all part of the adventure.

Close call with that stock truck changing lanes into my lane. Emergency braked to avoid becoming a burger patty. What is it with me and livestock.... first cows, then sheep, then rabbits and now a whole cattle truck??!!

Aha but did you get the tune?
Was with one flick of the button and I was in stealth mode. Must have a bolt not polished right. Darn its giving my position away. Will put it in the wind tunnel tonight and fine tune the mighty black beast for this weeks ride

Kapiti Riders Thursday Night Ride - The Blue Mountains and Whitemans Valley (11th March) 6:30pm Takeoff

Buckbuka#1 took me for this ride some months ago (Blue Mountains - Whitemans Valley) and thought it might make a pleasant adventure (No moaning on the moonshine road as it can be bypassed )

Here's this weeks game plan for all interested or silly enough to follow

Paraparaumu - Paekakariki Hill - Haywards - Silverstream - Blue Mountains - Whitemans Valley - Moonshine Road - Greys Road - Home homeward bound for a liquid refreshment

Hay if your not keen on some of the roads you can always meet and regroup at the points shown on the map link below
    http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?sourc...,1.194763&z=10

Start point - South end of the car park outside The Warehouse Coastlands takeoff 6:30pm

All bike types and riders welcome
Join us at any points on the way just lets us know where
Well debate on the drink stop during the ride

    Catch ya there

Ps please check the thread beforehand if weather is dicey. The insane ride regardless
