Isn't India is the largest "English" speaking country in the world? Guess your "mix" is spot on then!

When I was at sea, the two country's that I most wanted to visit were India and Japan, never got either of them, damn it!

Not likely to happen now either!

Nothing wrong with our (NZ) anthem, what "is" wrong, is the attitude of them that should be singing it!

Funny, that's exactly what I was going to say. I love Russian (male) Choral music - I've got a couple of different versions of this. I have to admit though, it probably doesn't have the same impact if you actually speak Russian because the lyrics are about as sickly as any other national anthem.

There's another great (and similar) piece called Hymn to Red October that was composed for the movie Hunt For Red October - which is an absolutely fantastic classic movie. Okay, I'll stop now. :-)

And then there's always Bill Bailey's take (starts at around 2:58):

Just to clarify, are you calling Bill Bailey, who is a very funny comedian and an amazingly talented musician, a school kid, or were you calling me a school kid, or were you just being generally disparaging to all of the people in the thread?

    EDIT:

Or were you expressing self deprecating humour:
