One of the helpful features of the forums is its ability to automatically email news updates to all the members of you club.
To do this you first need a forum created for your club. To get this done, contact wari or myself. Then you just need to start a thread for club news and get your entire club to register and subscribe to the news thread you created. From then on whenever you post a news item in the thread all subscribe members will be emailed to inform them of the update.
You can also restrict the ability to make updates to the news thread to only senior members of the club.
