Well last night, the worse of the worst happened and I killed my CDI igniter box while trying to troubleshoot a weak charge problem (yes it is dead, fails the testing procedure in the manual and didn't work in Frostys bike either).
Today I was meant to practice and tomorrow is race day at Pukekohe. I can get a replacement off the internet but not in time for tomorrow. I can also get one from the wreckers but the going rate is $300 which is a little too rich for me when I can get one off the net for less than $100 landed.
Doesn't anyone know of anyone who has a cheap spare or unused zxr400L cdi lying around that I could buy, borrow or rent for tomorrow??
