Yeah Lou,I think there is a test for just about everything now days,They could test me for speed an I would go off the scale,But that don,t mean I,m a speed freak.I just hope that when all these different tests become the norm they can tell the diff, between me an a P head.I only hope the cop involved has more brains than Marmot.Whats the chance.

Big story in yesterday's Herald about the dude killed in police chase up Whangarei way. Full of cannabis and speed. Plus the bike's speed. And in possession of a firearm he had no legal right to. Draw your own conclusions..

Personally, I figure I've got bikes, fishing, shooting and a great country to live in. Why would I want drugs? (Scotch excepted )

    Yup.

Reminds me of a (true, really!) story told to me by a friend a while back about a chap she knew who ended up without a license for a bit. He got stoned and drove down Queen St on a Saturday night.

His driving style gave it away; quite possibly the only person I've ever heard of who was pulled over by a cop on foot.

Scotch is not a drug. Its a blessing
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Killjoys?

I'm glad to see most of you think riding pissed/stoned ain't such a flash idea - I reckon so too but thought I was just an old fuddy-duddy.
Sure riding stoned may make you ride slower yadda-yadda-yadda but some of those effects are the ones that can get you killed!
