Amazon UK would be your best bet. I think there was a parts manual on TradeMe not long ago for the GB250 though.

Hi, I used to have a cbx (just sold it a month or so ago!)< managed to get the service manual for it from cactus http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/member.php?u=20400 He lives in auckland - if you wanna pay for photocopying it's the way to go ay. unfortunately I sold my copied manual with my bike, and i had had it bound, so couldn't take it apart to photocopy again anyway.

    Hope you get it!:-)

The engine is running nicely but needs some cosmetic work done.
The only big issue i have at the moment is the tank (did you sell the spare with your old bike?).
A bit of rust has got into the seam and it is leaking a little bit of gas. I have drained it tonight with a view to fixing it this weekend. The tank got keyed at some point too so there are scratches on the top. Seat has faded but no rips and still has the stainless fittings. A new indicator would tidy it up though they all work fine.
Need to tighten the chain up and replace the bushings (not sure what their propper name is) in the rear sprocket assembly. There is too much play in them at the moment.

So there is plenty to keep me busy on the days when im not riding. Part of the fun of an old bike though and a cheep way to get started. You can see why I want to get hold of a parts list or manual though. I will have to keep on cactus' case.

    Hi

I'm after a workshop manual for a GB250 as well, or any info to be honest. Parts catalogues, CBX250 manual or even XR250 RFVC manual.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers

Looks nice :-) kind of miss my cbx!
To phaedrus - read the above posts and contact the guy I photocopied it off. the guy I sold mine to doesn't seem to be on KB.
And sorry stanly, I did sell the tank and stuff with it - really shouldn't have! most of hte cbx tanks have scratches in them unfortunately, even my spare had a bit of discolouration on the top, the one I had on the bike had light rust on the top (but didn't seem to get any worse :-))

Well, I spent ages trying to find a manual for my GB250e
The problem is, there was never an English language GB250 shop manual printed because the 250s were made for the Jap market, and only came here as a grey import.

I managed to get a GB250 parts list from a Jap auction site (book was cheap, postage was extortionate, and the auction site really loads the fees on - total cost about $100, although the parts list was only about $30!!) Although it took me over a year to find on eBay, I eventually got a CBX250 shop manual ($75 for the book and postage from the UK.) It's a bloody big multi-lingual thing, and I don't know whether photocopying would be practical. Even the parts list would be 68 pages minimum, and the shop manual is probably 3 times the size.

Your local library might have an RFVC XR250 manual (mine did) - you may find this a slightly cheaper option.
