I think middle-aged men (those generally in their 40s) are the worst, you know the ones who think it's their god given right to drive at 120 with the entire family in their XR8, and god help you if you try and overtake him on a passing lane while he's distracted yapping on his cell phone, this is usually his explanation for driving too fast... "I've been driving for 30 something years, never had an accident, it's all the other arseholes out there who can't drive that cause the problems" blah blah blah, it's pure luck and the fact that eveyone else gets out of your way cockhead.

Woman from young to old and Asians and others, they hang onto the steering wheel with two hands with a death grip, really havn't a clue as to what makes a vehicle go around a corner, forget to indicate, they don't use their mirrors, hoon up to every corner at warp speed that includes roundabouts, well for that matter anything with a bend it and instead of slowing up a mite they either fly around the corner trying to use their body weight and hope like hell that works to make it around or they hit the picks big time..

Yep we all have our moments in vehicles even the best of drivers can at times lose the plot....Watch them all when on a bike, for that matter when driving anything..

This poll is flawed, there are 2 options not available.

Don't seem to have an 'Asian' driving problem in the Naki but for the 'WTF are they doing' moments, it's nearly always an Old folk from the home of the bewildered.
I've got a lot of time for the senior citizens but some of the irrational/unpredictable / crazy stuff, I've seen them do beggars belief.

I would have to go for an old person from Inglewood, on a shopping day, as the most unpredictable and dangerous creature on our roads today . If all you can see is a hat driving, you know you've got trouble.
    Oh bugger

In Texas they drive quite badly too.
Our driver was busy looking at Facebook on her iphone, tailgating the car in front (on the highway), and sipping on an ice tea all at the same time.

When you travel to other countries, especially some parts of Asia, you just have to bite your tongue and "When in Rome" it...

I think NZ drivers on a whole are pretty awesome, and considerate.

Does that include people who wear their helmet in the car?

With out a doubt, I am the worst!

No seriously males between 45-55 driving XR8's or SV8's wearing $500 sunglasses (or brand new litre bikes and brand new leathers) or elderly ladies with 3 other elderly ladies in the car driving shit box Daihatsu's.

Those are the kind of driverfs I have had either a near miss or a complete accident with.

    old female asian.

Also if I'm following and I can't see their head infront of the headrest I go into a higher alert mode.

Easy enough to treat all drivers like their idiots. no surprises that way.
