    ducati 996 suspension settings

has anybody got any tips on setting up the suspension on a 996? i have adjusted it so it turns in and handles better but i am still getting headshake at high speed when hitting bumps in the road, especially mid corner.

cheers for that, from memory those numbers are pretty close to what i have dialled in. just cleaned my shed up so i can actually jack the bike up to check the steering bearings without falling over all the crap i have acumulated.

checked my head stem bearings today they are sweet, think maybe i have lost a couple of weights, noticed today that the bars shake like shit at 100 when i take both hands off, due for a new front soon anyway so i might just leave it till then.
