Couple looking for flat. (with flatties)

Hi, We're looking for a flat in Kapiti, Pukerua Bay or as far south as Mana.
Looking to move in on last weekend of November. We're in our mid to late 20s, we both work, and are generally at least half-decent human beings. We aren't too fussy, the only things we need are:

Space in garage for 1 bike.
Internet.
Someone who doesn't mind us smoking(outside no problem).
Someone who doesn't mind the other half's rat in a cage(can live in garage quite happily).
