Any vinyl cutter/signwriter will be able to get the appropiate material for your leathers or alternatively, you can get specialised paints and have them sprayed on. Try Wayne Colvile (sp) hea has an advertising hoarding on the road to the pits at Ruapuna. His mobile is 0274324771.
Failing that, give Dusty at Leda Leathers a call 049346510, He is the man when it comes to lettering on leathers!

Locally I'd try the guys at Longhorn Leathers in Colombo st, they do a lot of leatherwork and used to do repairs

Honestly cant go past Sam his workmanship is good he does what you want to and is really really good priced. He makes leathers for a few of the top TT riders as well,
