Already signed in for the 21st. Getting new rubber Saturday
    Now lets hope for

*Talking of rubber - one of the kind tyre types recommended lowering the pressure for the track day down to 20. I normally run the ubiquitous 36/38. He says running a lower pressure stops the rubber tearing on the edges under heavy corner torques. I an't no Stoner but I'm not holding back and would like to still use the tyres after the track day - any recommendations?

30psi front and rear will be more accurate.

What tyres are you going to be running?

Conti Road Attacks. My ageing pare have been great. As much as I like the thought of the Sport Attacks I need to be a little practical.

Plus its my first track day and I hear the track is grippy as.

The track is very grippy. 30psi front and rear will suit you fine.

Just a note since it's your first track day, because of the lower pressures when you first get out onto the track you'll be going "wtf, this feels like crap". Thats just you feeling cold tyres at a low pressure. Once they warm up and the pressure increases it'll go back to feeling normal!
