Getting a dent out of a fuel tank, how do I approach this?

A while ago I crashed a GSX750 katana (pop up headlight). During the crash I annihilated the stator cover, smashed the left wing mirror and dented the fuel tank with the handle bars. It looks like it should just pop out but I can't figure out how to go about popping it out, never pulled dents out before, normally just bog over them and respray the whole tank, but since this isn't my bike I have to do what the owner wants. So any clues how to get it out? Would a panel beater be able to do it as a 5 min job? Dent is about 70mm diameter.

You could try to blow it out by filling the tank with compressed air.
Remove the tank, empty it first though.

The old dry ice trick might work too depending on how deep the dent is.

That'd be worth a try! We use them at work often, but not for petrol tanks. They do a bloody good job too!

If its got no creases or stretched the metal to far: sink plunger!
