BRONZ returns to the Capital, Dec 7th

Why
To get BRONZ Wellington off the ground

This meeting will be purely to get some indication of the membership, structure and purpose that BRONZ Wellington will be built upon

Basically we will be following in the footsteps of Auckland, and as far as me and the other two who have put a hand up, will borrow upon the Auckland charter until fully established

Items on the agenda will include:
Incorporated Society issues
Rules
Web support
Treasury
Membership
and ultimately PURPOSE!

This will be a short meeting of one hour max to cover the above points, future BIG plans will wait untill we have set the organization infrastructure up

Feel free to dine at the Parrot, they have been very supportive, and have offered BRONZ Wgtn the permanent free use of thier conference room on Monday's for ongoing meetings, the least we can do is eat something

And good to see the P & J supporting the Wellington motorcycle scene.
So yep, I'll be there and will ensure the P & J will get some business out of me.

StoneY & co, remember to have some contact sheets handy. Even if people don't want to join immediately, they might want to go on the list to receive email newsletters. Hanne has been running our contact system in Auckland so she will be able to give you a template if you like.

Basically we just ask people to fill in their:

Name
Nickname on here (if relevant)
Mobile phone number (in case we need to text them about spontaneous actions)
Email address (where we can send newsletters)

We manage the resulting database very carefully because we want to assure everyone that their info won't fall into the wrong hands. We also give them the opportunity to opt out again at any stage.

The contact list has been very useful for keeping people informed about local happenings, and we encourage people to forward our newsletters to other people as well.
