    Yamaha post record sales

Yamaha said record profits and sales in the first quarter to March 2005 was driven by brisk global sales of motorbikes.

In the first quarter, net profit rose 98.6 pct to a record 23.0 billion yen, while current profit grew 38.7 pct to a record 32.4 billion yen and operating profit surged 43.9 pct, also to a new high, of 32.4 billion yen.

Revenue rose 11.1 pct to a record 328.4 billion yen.

In the mainstay motorbike division, operating profit surged 212.9 pct to 183.1 billion yen, led by the strong rise in global motorbike sales to 839,000 units in the quarter from 741,000 a year earlier.

It's nice to see that vinyl has made such a comeback that a firm like Yamaha would consider producing it.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?
